Air Apps, a Lisbon-based AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is seeking a Mobile Software Architect to lead scalable iOS architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will drive platform patterns, mentoring engineers and guiding API design and deployment pipelines to support millions of users globally. Experience in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and OAuth security is valued.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of mobile development with strong architecture focus.
• Expert in iOS development with Swift; Objective‑C a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine.
• Experience with app performance, modularization, and offline‑first strategies.
• Familiarity with Android Kotlin/Java is a strong plus.
• Experience integrating with APIs and managing local storage, caching, and background tasks.
• Understanding App Store submission, security, and compliance.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain architecture.
• Passion for clean code and scalable patterns (MVVM, VIPER).

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the mobile architecture strategy, scalable foundation across projects.
• Focus on iOS architecture, libraries, and platform-specific patterns, with Android awareness.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to align with goals.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, performance guidelines.
• Lead architectural reviews and guide refactoring and scaling.
• Design APIs, SDKs, and modular components reusable across teams.
• Guide decisions on third-party libraries, tooling, and build/deploy pipelines.
• Partner with backend and cloud teams for integration.
• Stay current with trends in mobile architecture, performance, security.
• Mentor mobile engineers to elevate technical proficiency.
