Job summary

Revolut is seeking an experienced Business Compliance Manager with specialist knowledge of investment funds to provide regulatory guidance, support product development and fund operations, and balance compliance with innovation and growth.

The role involves advising on governance, markets, and reviews, applying UK/EEA frameworks like MiFID II and UCITS, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant product launches across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of UK and/or EEA regulatory frameworks and fund regimes.
• Proven experience advising product and business stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Supporting new product launches, in-app features, and investment services, ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle
• Advising on product governance, target markets, distribution, customer outcomes, and ongoing reviews
• Applying frameworks including AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID II, and FCA/EU requirements
• Supporting market expansion, identifying regulatory requirements, and managing risks on investor protection and governance
• Conducting risk assessments, monitoring activities, addressing gaps, and supporting BAU compliance
• Monitoring regulatory developments and leading changes with cross-functional teams
