Yazio is seeking a Senior Internal Tooling Engineer to turn repetitive work into intelligent systems. You’ll design production-ready tools that empower teams to move faster and reduce manual work.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K., offering a rich ecosystem for experimenting with AI, LLMs and automation, with strong ownership from idea to production.

Qualificações

• 5+ years building modern web apps end to end with Go and HTMX, plus Python.
• Experience owning distributed, asynchronous systems (queuing, background processing).
• Strong AI knowledge: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, OpenRouter/LangChain.

Responsabilidades

• Design and ship internal tools, automations and platforms across Yazio.
• Drive discovery with stakeholders to remove bottlenecks and automate work.
• Build AI-driven systems like Creative Automation and Content Generation.
• Apply agentic coding and AI assistants while maintaining quality and safety.
• Own work end to end from scoping to delivery and iteration.
• Mentor teammates and document software designs.
