eXalt Fi is seeking a Senior Intelligent Automation & GenAI Solutions Engineer in a hybrid environment to design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions that connect business apps, APIs, workflows, and GenAI agents. You will bridge software engineering, cloud deployment and AI integration on enterprise platforms.

The role requires 10+ years of production delivery experience, strong Python/Java backend skills, and fluency in English. Certification in Dataiku is encouraged before project start.

Our client is a global enterprise solutions provider building next-generation intelligent automation frameworks for corporate business processes. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Intelligent Automation & GenAI Solutions Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end production solutions connecting business applications, enterprise APIs, workflow steps, and Generative AI agents.

In this strategic, high-impact role, you will bridge software engineering, business process orchestration, cloud deployment, and AI integration. Solutions will be delivered through the Dataiku platform.

Certification Requirement: The selected candidate must be willing to obtain the Dataiku Developer or Advanced Developer certification prior to the mission start date (previous hands‑on experience with Dataiku is welcome, but not strictly mandatory if you hold a strong automation/data pipeline background).

• Process Architecture & Workflow Design: Translate complex business processes into technical automation blueprints—designing workflows that connect enterprise applications, databases, business rules, approvals, and exception handling.
• Backend Development & API Integration: Build robust backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations using Python or Java.
• AI Agent & LLM Orchestration: Integrate LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and autonomous AI agents into operational processes (incorporating tool calling, task planning, context management, and human-in-the-loop approvals).
• Dataiku Automation Delivery: Build, orchestrate, and maintain enterprise automation pipelines using Dataiku (or comparable platforms like KNIME, n8n, Power Automate) alongside internal tools and dashboards.
• Cloud & DevOps Deployment: Deploy solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred), establishing GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, logging, security controls, and production monitoring.
• Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with business leaders and IT teams to refine requirements, document technical integration patterns, and deliver production-grade systems.
• Seniority Target: Senior-level software engineering or AI automation track (10+ years of professional experience preferred; candidates with fewer years will be evaluated based on exceptional, direct production automation delivery).
• Core Software Engineering: Strong, hands‑on backend development in Python or Java, with deep experience in APIs, databases, microservices, and messaging architectures.
• Generative AI & Agentic Workflows: Proven track record integrating LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents into production applications or business workflows.
• Orchestration Tooling: Demonstrated experience with enterprise workflow orchestration platforms (Dataiku, KNIME, n8n, Power Automate, or enterprise RPA).
• Cloud & DevOps Stack: Hands‑on experience with AWS (or Azure/GCP), Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment lifecycle.
• Mandatory Commitment: Willingness to pass the Dataiku Developer or Advanced Developer certification before the project start date.
• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
