Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Head of Infrastructure in Lisbon, Portugal. This senior role leads the IT infrastructure strategy, oversees systems, networks, and security, and coordinates internal teams and external partners to ensure availability and resilience.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience managing IT Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, and Infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of infrastructure architectures, technology services, and operational best practices.
• Experience managing technology vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the strategy and evolution of IT infrastructure, covering Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, and Security.
• Ensure availability, security, performance, and maintenance of the organization’s technology infrastructure.
• Lead the IT department by setting priorities, responsibilities, and objectives, while ensuring effective resource allocation and team performance.
• Plan and oversee technology projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Promote continuous improvement of IT services by identifying opportunities to optimize and modernize infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and implement measures for operational stability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices for infrastructure management.
• Manage technology vendors and external partners, overseeing contracts, SLAs, and delivery quality.
• Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, security, and business productivity.
• Prepare management reports on departmental performance, ongoing projects, key challenges, and investment needs.
• Support senior management in decision-making related to technology, infrastructure, and IT operations.
