EY-Parthenon in Lisbon is seeking a Senior/Manager to join our Infrastructure Advisory team. You will provide strategic, economic, financial, and regulatory guidance to public and private sector clients on major infrastructure projects.

You'll develop and analyze complex financial models, support transactions including M&A and PPPs, mentor junior staff, and help deliver high-quality client outcomes across transport, energy, water, and social infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Business or Economics from a reputable university.
• 2.5 to 6 years of related working experience in sectors such as Transport, Power & Utilities, Water & Environment, Social Infrastructure.
• Experience in development of projects and support to transactions (M&A) of transports, energy and utilities, PPPs and/or Project Finance.
• Project finance modelling development and analysis is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic, economic, financial, regulatory and policy advice to inform clients’ decision making.
• Develop and/or analyze financial models using various valuation approaches to support feasibility studies, business plans and project finance transactions.
• Participate in engagements, project teams and deliver high quality client outputs.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior staff and support their development.
• Learn continuously and share knowledge to improve delivery and client value.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Transactions and EY teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Be proactive, contribute to culture, and foster inclusive teamwork.
