Capgemini Portugal is seeking an experienced Information Security professional to shape and implement security strategies across apps, cloud, and infrastructure. You will drive risk-based decisions, design secure architectures, and guide development teams in best practices.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align security with business goals, participate in audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of the security posture across Capgemini's Portuguese tech hub.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, compliance, and security architecture.
• Experience securing applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure platforms.
• Good understanding of IAM, authentication, authorization, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and monitoring solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-based approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement security strategies, policies, and controls aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Assess, design, and review security architectures across applications, cloud platforms, and infrastructure environments.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats to ensure a strong security posture.
• Advise development and delivery teams on secure design principles, security best practices, and risk management.
• Support compliance initiatives, audits, and security assessments in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to incident response activities, security investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive security awareness and embed security throughout the delivery lifecycle.
