Siemens seeks a Senior Generative AI Tech Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across cybersecurity and productivity domains and help shape the long-term AI strategy for the CYS organization.

You will design scalable GenAI architectures, mentor engineers, and advance governance, standards, and secure deployments on Azure OpenAI and related tools, while communicating with diverse audiences.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related; MSc/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture or related leadership.
• Strong Python programming skills for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on with Generative AI techniques & frameworks (RAG, LLM orchestration).
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure (Azure OpenAI, ML).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end projects as Tech Lead: design, prototyping, implementation guidance across GenAI use cases.
• Design and architect scalable GenAI solutions using RAG, Agentic AI, prompt engineering.
• Support long-term AI strategy and governance within CYS AI Platform teams.
• Develop reusable blueprints, patterns and guidelines for secure GenAI components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into AI-driven solutions.
• Promote standardized AI monitoring, lifecycle management and ownership across CYS.
• Mentor engineers on Generative AI engineering practices and code quality.
