Decskill is growing and seeking a Senior GenAI Backend Engineer skilled in Node.js and TypeScript to join our AI products team in Portugal. You will design, build, and operate secure, scalable backend services across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud with a strong emphasis on API design, testing, and DevOps practices.

Contribute to a multi-cloud GenAI platform, collaborate with an international team, and own significant parts of the backend delivery lifecycle from design to monitoring.

Qualificações

• Strong expertise in backend web application development.
• Expertise in API design, implementation, and operation.
• Hands-on Azure experience (App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights).
• DevOps practices and tools: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) fundamentals and automation scripts.
• Expertise in prompt engineering: drafting, testing, iterating prompts for AI use.
• Autonomous and proactive with cross-functional teamwork.
• Clear English communication (B1+).

Responsabilidades

• Service Context: backend-focused development for a multi-cloud GenAI platform.
• Design, develop and enhance Secure GPT service features and APIs.
• End-to-end delivery: study, design, implement, document, test and monitor.
• Collaborate with international teams and align with Tech Lead and Product Owner.
