Voodoo in Lisbon seeks a data analytics specialist to own the A/B testing cycle for Paper.Io 2. You will analyze large datasets, validate feature values, and optimize monetization to drive core KPIs. Join a small, high-performing Live Studio focused on rapid experimentation and data-driven product decisions.

Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to embed insights into game design, build dashboards, and tell compelling stories with data that influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytical roles within gaming.
• Skilled in SQL and either R or Python.
• Experience with complex, large datasets.
• Strong grasp of A/B testing and statistical analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously own the A/B testing cycle for Paper.Io 2, validating feature values and refining parameters.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to embed data-driven decisions throughout the game lifecycle and roadmap.
