Job summary

Voodoo, a Paris-based consumer tech company known for its global hit games, seeks a data analyst for its Live Studios, focusing on Paper.io 2. You will own A/B testing, analyze player behavior, and drive monetization decisions through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytical experience in gaming, comfortable collaborating with product teams.
• Proficient in SQL and either R or Python; able to handle complex, large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the A/B testing cycle for Paper.io 2, validate feature values and optimize monetization to improve KPIs.
• Lead analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover player behavior and growth opportunities.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations shaping game design and the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to embed data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to keep the team aligned on key metrics.
