Job summary

TUI is seeking a Senior SAP Finance & Controlling specialist to join our Corporate Systems team. You will lead hands-on configuration, enhancements, and maintenance of SAP ECC and S/4 Finance/Controlling in a multinational setting, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance.

You will translate business requirements into SAP FI/CO solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, and Master Data, while driving transformation initiatives and practicing Agile methodologies with cross-functional

• Proven experience in the SAP FI/CO area and generalist knowledge in all SAP Finance related processes including record-to-report.
• Firm understanding of finance processes in a multinational environment is essential.
• Hands-on configuration and customizing experience in SAP FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, Master Data).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration, enhancement and maintenance of SAP ECC & S/4 Finance and Controlling in a multinational environment.
• Deliver solutions in FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Master Data.
• Participate in SAP S/4 transformation initiatives including design, data migration, integration and cut-over activities.
• Work in an Agile setting with sprints, stand-ups, and product owner collaboration.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders daily.
• Ensure high-quality delivery while complying with local tax and legal regulations.

ABOUT THE JOB

• As a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll tackle multiple challenges and work closely with a varied set of business and technology stakeholders every day.
• A deep understanding of SAP ERP Finance systems (FI/CO) architecture and design will help you effectively deliver, configure and support solutions within a cross-functional team.
• Your main responsibility will be the hands-on configuration, enhancement and maintenance of our SAP ECC & S/4 Finance and Controlling solution in a multinational environment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery while complying with local tax and legal regulations.
• Detailed analysis of business requirements is key - you'll translate these into appropriate SAP solutions across FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Management and Master Data.
• You'll participate actively in our SAP S/4 transformation initiatives, contributing to design, data migration, integration and cut-over activities.
• Working with Agile methodology will structure your daily work - think sprints, daily stand-ups, a prioritised backlog and close collaboration with the Product Owner and Scrum Master.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in the SAP FI/CO area and generalist knowledge in all SAP Finance related processes including record-to-report.
• Firm understanding of finance processes in a multinational environment is essential.
• Hands-on configuration and customising experience in SAP FI/CO (e.g. GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Master Data).
• You're passionate about agile software delivery practices, delivering business value, change management and driving continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English is a must and working proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
