Job summary

TUI is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to join our Corporate Systems team in a multinational, agile Finance environment. You will lead hands-on configuration, enhancements, and support of SAP ECC & S/4 Finance and Controlling, ensuring compliance with local tax and legal regulations.

You will translate business requirements into SAP solutions across FI/CO modules, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to S/4 transformation initiatives while working in an English-speaking,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the SAP FI/CO area and generalist knowledge in all SAP Finance related processes including record-to-report.
• Firm understanding of finance processes in a multinational environment is essential.
• Hands-on configuration and customising experience in SAP FI/CO (e.g. GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Master Data).
• You're passionate about agile software delivery practices, delivering business value, change management and driving continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English is a must and working proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration, enhancement and maintenance of SAP ECC & S/4 Finance and Controlling in a multinational environment.
• Deliver, configure and support SAP FI/CO solutions with high quality and timely delivery while complying with local tax and legal regulations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into SAP FI/CO solutions (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Master Data).
• Participate in SAP S/4 transformation initiatives, including data migration, integration and cut-over activities.
• Work in an Agile framework with sprints, stand-ups, backlog prioritization, and close collaboration with the Product Owner and Scrum Master.
