Senior Functional Analyst - Mainframe

Location

Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Main Activities

• Perform functional analysis and prepare test notebooks for projects related to the Credit and Debit Card Management System (SAC in Cobol/CICS), using Agile methodology.
• Identify solutions and select them, evaluating and comparing the various alternatives.
• To meet the high-level requirements presented, develop and validate functional specifications for software, components, interfaces, and related features, based on existing systems and following the standards and principles defined by the bank.
• Define, execute, and monitor functional tests, including supporting users involved in software acceptance.
• Assist in diagnosing incidents and making proposals for improvements/corrections.
• Control and monitor activities assigned to you or that interact with others to support the successful completion of team activities.
• Promote communication and networking with all stakeholders in the activities in which you participate, proactively proposing improvements and suggestions that contribute to the success of the activities in which you participate.

Required Profile

• At least 5 years' experience with Credit and Debit Card Management Systems (preferably Customer Service).
• At least 5 years' knowledge of the Multibanco system's SIBS protocol (GRT, H-to-H transactions, and Multibanco clearing).
• Knowledge of bank accounting, considering the impacts of all card transactions on accounting.
• Team spirit and mutual assistance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools: Jira and Confluence.
