Our team of 50 specialists supports the entire software lifecycle, from conception to operations. We offer flexible solutions through lean project teams, ensuring quick decisions and adaptability. Our clients span industries like banking, insurance, real estate and the public sector. We handle small to mid-sized projects involving web frontends, complex backends and third-party integrations.

Our team is located in Lisbon, with 25 employees based at Avenidas Novas of Central Lisbon, working in close collaboration with our headquarters in Zurich.

Your responsibility

As part of our team, you will contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment while taking ownership of the following:

• Requirement Analysis & Software Development:Understand, analyze and translate business needs into innovative software solutions
• Design & Development:Build efficient, scalable and high-quality software aligned with business objectives
• Collaboration:Work closely with business partners to clarify, refine and enhance requirements as well as foster an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across team
• Technical Expertise:Guide your peers with your technical skills and grow alongside a diverse group of professionals
• Java Unit Testing with Mockito & JUnit
• Angular / React
• REST APIs

Qualifications

Your Profile

• University degree inSoftware Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent;Relevant technical certifications are a plus
• Min. 5years of professional software development experience (including at least one year on a complex, long-term project)
• Experience in designing and managing containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.)
• A strong understanding of development lifecycle management (Git, BitBucket) and hands-on experience with Pull Requests
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, and an adaptable mindset
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
