How you create impact

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and implementation to demonstrations and final product delivery.
• Actively contribute as a member of the product team, identifying and proposing improvements to enhance the development process.
• Develop internal digital products using Java and Angular, writing clean, high‑quality code and taking ownership of software quality and long‑term maintainability.
• Collaborate on the definition, specification, and design of modular, integrated software solutions, and design and implement automated tests to ensure reliability.
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

• Experience working in small to medium‑sized software development teams within an agile environment.

• An academic degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong object‑oriented programming skills.
• Several years of proven experience as a full‑stack developer, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Git, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. Experience with front‑end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or NgRx is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture, Kafka, API gateways, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is considered a strong plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
