Neotalent Conclusion in Portugal is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer - Java (French Speaker) to join our agile teams. You will contribute to enterprise applications across the full software lifecycle, from requirements to production support.

You will design and implement using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and modern tooling, collaborate with multiple squads, and help elevate quality, performance, and DevOps practices. Fluent French and strong English are essential.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer - Java (French Speaker) to join our teams and contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications within a multidisciplinary Agile environment. You will be involved throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and application design to development, testing, deployment, and production support. This role offers the opportunity to work across different business domains and squads, delivering innovative solutions while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and scalability.

What you will do:

• Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular technologies;
• Contribute to multiple Agile squads, supporting the delivery of solutions across various business domains;
• Ensure application stability through maintenance activities, bug fixing, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and internal guidelines;
• Deploy and support applications across production and non-production environments while contributing to CI/CD and DevOps practices.

What you are like:

• Proficient in Java 21, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for enterprise application development;
• Experienced with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices;
• Skilled in working with Hibernate, Lombok, Liquibase, Maven, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps toolchains;
• Comfortable developing and integrating SOAP and RESTful web services and working with SQL Server and Oracle databases;
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset;
• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English within multicultural and international teams;
• Passionate about innovation, AI-assisted development practices, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality software solutions;
• Demonstrates strong troubleshooting abilities, clear communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
