iTRTech Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Tech Lead to guide the design and delivery of modern web applications using Next.js, NestJS, and Node.js, with scalable databases. This hands-on leadership role combines architecture, full-stack development, and technical coordination.

You will work closely with developers, DevOps, UX/UI specialists, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into reliable and maintainable solutions, while staying close to code and owning technical

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and frontend frameworks.
• Backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience with MongoDB/DocumentDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and source control practices.
• Ability to design architecture and data models.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Create application and solution architecture diagrams.
• Define technical approaches and guide solution-design decisions.
• Develop and maintain high-performance frontend applications using Next.js.
• Build backend services and APIs using NestJS and Node.js.
• Design and optimise data models using MongoDB, DocumentDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Promote component-driven development and reusable code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Guide squad members and support consistent engineering practices.
• Identify and resolve functional, technical, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with UX/UI specialists and business teams.
• Take technical ownership of deliveries and contribute to ongoing improvements.
