iTRTech Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Tech Lead to guide architecture and delivery of modern web applications using Next.js, NestJS, and Node.js. This hands‑on leadership role blends solution architecture, full‑stack development, code quality, and coordinating across DevOps, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

Qualificações

• At least six years of professional software-development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Next.js.
• Practical backend‑development experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience with MongoDB or DocumentDB.
• Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or gRPC services.
• Ability to implement server‑side business logic.
• Experience designing application or solution architecture.
• Good knowledge of database design and data modelling.
• Experience with component‑based frontend development.
• Knowledge of Git or GitHub.
• Understanding of frontend performance‑optimisation techniques.
• Awareness of UX/UI principles.
• Experience conducting code reviews.
• Ability to provide technical leadership across project deliveries.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Availability to attend the Alcântara office one to two days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Create application and solution architecture diagrams;
• Define technical approaches and guide solution-design decisions;
• Develop and maintain high-performance frontend applications using Next.js;
• Build backend services and APIs using NestJS and Node.js;
• Design and optimise data models using MongoDB, DocumentDB, and PostgreSQL;
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and gRPC services;
• Promote component-driven development and reusable code;
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback;
• Guide squad members and support consistent engineering practices;
• Identify and resolve functional, technical, and performance issues;
• Collaborate with UX/UI specialists to create intuitive and visually effective interfaces;
• Work closely with DevOps and business teams;
• Take technical ownership of assigned deliveries;
• Contribute to architecture, quality, scalability, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
