Capital on Tap is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop robust solutions using .NET and React technologies. This hybrid role involves taking ownership of the software development lifecycle and collaborating with various teams to build high-quality applications.

This is a hybrid role; our engineering team works from our Matosinhos office two days per week.

Salary: €55,000‑70,000.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build robust and scalable solutions using .NET technology.
• Own the SDLC from the first line of code to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Craft slick, responsive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks (React), ensuring products don't just work, they feel great to use.
• Partner with Product Managers, QA engineers, and fellow software engineers.
• Build bulletproof unit and integration tests to keep software sharp and users happy.
• When bugs happen, troubleshoot and tweak as needed.
• Bridge the gap between technical speak and business goals, ensuring everyone is on the same page and moving forward together.

We're Looking For
