Senior Full Stack Engineer / Developer (TypeScript React) Lisbon / WFH to €100,000

Are you a full stack technologist looking for a new opportunity?

You could be progressing your career in a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer role at a growing FinTech that is developing a complete retail banking platform that is capable of being configured to suit the needs of any bank.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will design and implement end-to-end features across the technology stack, spanning web applications and backend services, with a strong focus on front end elements using TypeScript and React.

You'll take ownership of your features through the full lifecycle, from development and testing through to production, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise. Collaborating closely with customers and product stakeholders, you'll translate requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans and tasks, contributing to high quality solutions and effective engineering practices with security, performance, scalability and user experience at the centre.

Location:

You'll be based in the Lisbon office, with flexibility to work from home once a week.

About you:

• You have strong front end development experience with React and TypeScript for modern web applications
• You have experience with writing REST APIs and services
• You have experience with any OO backend programming language, Python or Golang preferred
• You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for writing clean, readable, properly tested code, with experience of integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle
• You have a strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns
• You are degree educated, having achieved a STEM BSc from a top tier university
• You have fluent English language skills
