Superhuman is seeking a seasoned Full‑stack Software Engineer to join the Developer Experience team in Porto. You will help accelerate engineering velocity by embedding with the Docs business unit, delivering internal tooling, and shaping the DevX roadmap.

The role blends front-end and back-end work across a fast-moving stack in a hybrid environment. You will own build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and local development improvements while collaborating with platform and engineering teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in at least two languages (Go, Python, Java, TypeScript).
• Hands-on CI/CD, build tooling, and developer workflow automation.
• Experience with Bazel or similar large-scale build systems.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Comfort with monolith + microservices architecture and high-release cadence.
• Strong empathy and communication skills; partner to engineers and leaders.
• Motivated by improving developer workflows rather than shipping features.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as embedded Developer Experience partner for the Docs BU.
• Bridge the gap between engineers and business-unit leads; define DevX roadmap.
• Build full-stack internal tooling and self-service platforms.
• Improve the release process; own CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.
• Streamline local development across a hybrid monolith‑and‑microservices codebase.
• Work with build systems (e.g., Bazel) and cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes).
• Create and maintain golden paths, templates, and documentation.
• Define and track org-wide developer-productivity metrics.
