Superhuman in Porto is seeking a highly skilled full-stack Software Engineer to join our Developer Experience team. You’ll help accelerate the Docs codebase by building internal tooling, automating workflows, and improving the CI/CD pipeline in a hybrid environment.

You will collaborate with the central platform team and Docs engineers to deliver fast, reliable builds and scalable tooling, while maintaining strong cross‑team communication and ownership of high-impact initiatives.

Qualificações

• Has 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack exposure across front-end and back-end.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as embedded DevX partner for the Docs BU, implementing central platform capabilities within the BU context.
• Bridge engineers and business-unit leads to define a clear DevX roadmap.
• Build full-stack internal tooling and self-service platforms tailored to Docs workflows.
• Improve release processes and own CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling to enable fast, safe releases.
• Streamline local development in a hybrid monolith/microservices environment with fast feedback and reliable tests.
• Work with build systems and containerized, cloud-native infrastructure to enhance build speed and reliability.
• Create and maintain templates and documentation to make it easy to build correctly.
• Define and track DevX metrics and use data to validate impact.
