Requirements

Job Description: English should be at least C1

Technical Skills

• Frontend Development: Expertise in building web applications using React, JavaScript, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
• System Design & Architecture: Solid experience in designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and always-available systems. Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural principles.
• Data Structures & Algorithms: Good grasp of a broad range of data structures and algorithms.
• Databases & Messaging Queues: Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases. Familiarity with messaging queues and concurrency.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-based technologies, preferably AWS.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Understanding of containers (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Automation & Scripting: Passion for automating tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripts).

Soft Skills

• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to build consensus. Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Leadership: Ownership of team architecture and ability to divide projects into parallel tasks. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and set engineering standards.
• Agility: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Location

Coimbra and Lisbon, with a hybrid working model.
