Qualificações

• University degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional frontend development with strong Angular/TypeScript focus.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills with Tailwind CSS, accessibility first approach.

Our team of 50 specialists supports the entire software lifecycle, from conception to operations. We offer flexible solutions through lean project teams, ensuring quick decisions and adaptability. Our clients span industries like banking, insurance, real estate and the public sector. We handle small to mid-sized projects involving web frontends, complex backends and third-party integrations. Our team is located in Lisbon, with 35 employees based at Avenida 5 de Outubro, working in close collaboration with our headquarters in Zurich.

Your responsibility

• Requirement Analysis & Frontend Development: Understand and analyze business needs then translate them into intuitive user interfaces
• Design & Development: Build efficient and scalable frontend applications of high quality aligned with business objectives
• Accessibility: Champion accessibility (a11y) as a first class requirement so our applications are usable by everyone
• Design System: Contribute to and evolve our shared component library together with our UX/UI designers
• Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to clarify and refine requirements while fostering an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across teams
• Technical Expertise: Guide your peers with your frontend expertise and grow alongside a diverse group of professionals

Qualifikationen

Your Profile

• University degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent; Relevant technical certifications are a plus
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong frontend focus including at least 3 years on a complex long term project
• Deep hands on expertise in Angular and TypeScript
• Solid command of HTML and modern CSS with Tailwind CSS
• Strong understanding of web accessibility (a11y) covering WCAG guidelines / semantic markup / ARIA / keyboard navigation / screen reader testing
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system or component library and working closely with UX/UI designers
• A strong understanding of development lifecycle management with Git and BitBucket plus hands on experience with Pull Requests
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and in particular SCRUM together with an adaptable mindset
• Keeps up with the evolving AI tooling landscape and proactively adopts new tools that improve team productivity
