A Caixa Mágica Software procura um Senior Frontend Developer para integrar a equipa de Analytics de equities. Será responsável pelo desenvolvimento e manutenção de aplicações em tempo real, com foco em desempenho, escalabilidade e qualidade.

Requisitos: 5+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento, domínio de React/Next.js, TypeScript, CSS/HTML5, e inglês fluente. Ambiente ágil, distribuição global da equipa e oportunidades de crescimento.

Qualificações

• 5+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software.
• Experiência em arquitetura UI escalável baseada em requisitos complexos.
• Conhecimento de ferramentas modernas de UI e bundlers/CI/CD.
• Experiência em testes (unitário/integrated/e2e).
• Preferência por experiência em banca de investimento corporativa e Cash Equities.
• Proficiência em inglês, JavaScript/TypeScript e HTML/CSS.
• Experiência com React 18+, Next.js, Jest e Playwright.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e manter aplicações de dados em tempo real.
• Garantir qualidade, escalabilidade e performance da plataforma.
• Participar do ciclo ágil de desenvolvimento, com análise técnica, documentação, testes e revisões.
• Colaborar com a equipa de suporte de produção para releases e manutenção.
• Interagir com utilizadores de negócio para compreender requisitos e fornecer suporte L3 quando necessário.

Overview:

We are looking for talented Frontend engineers to join the Electronic Equities – Analytics team. The team is responsible for developing a core analytics platform for cash equities execution. It allows users to analyze trading data, monitor execution flows and make important trading descisions. The platform’s success depends on delivering fast, reliable, and maintainable UIs that meet demanding data quality and performance requirements. Technologies we use: React, NextJS, Redux, high-performance grids, Rsbuild, Jest, Playwright.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the real-time data application
• Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance
• Participate in an agile based software development life-cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews
• Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components
• Work directly with business users to understand the requirements and perform L3 support when needed

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years software development experience
• Experience with building scalable UI architecture based on complex business requirements
• Experience with modern UI tooling and building technologies: bundlers, dev servers, CI/CD basics, ESM, CJS, tree shaking, code splitting
• Experience in quality assuarance: unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing
• Ideally, exposure to Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of Cash Equities
• Proficient in English

• High Performance Grids: AgGrid, DevExtreme, Finos Perspective
• Ability to work as a part of a globally distributed team
