Connect Digital is seeking a skilled Frontend React Developer to contribute to the development of modern, scalable, and high-quality web applications. We are looking for a skilled Frontend React Developer to contribute to the development of modern, scalable, and high-quality web applications.

This is a hybrid opportunity available in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra. You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to build intuitive interfaces, integrate frontend applications with backend services, and deliver seamless user experiences across digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable UI components and responsive user interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Help ensure frontend solutions meet performance, maintainability, usability, and quality standards.

Mandatory

• 3+ years of professional experience with React.js.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Additional Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Java.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot.
• Understanding of microservices concepts.
• Experience working with SQL databases.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js.
• Knowledge of Redux or React Query.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.

Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools will be considered a strong advantage for this project.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross annual salary: €24,000–€29,000*, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
• Flexible benefits package.
• Extra day off on your birthday.
• One additional day off on either 24 December or 31 December.
