Qualificações

• Engineer or applicable work experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience in automotive engineering field.
• Extensive track record in managing manufacturing team.
• Good communications skills.
• Previous experience in launching major projects / process into production.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing process (automation, sewing, PFMEA, etc...).
• Strong background in foaming process.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct performance reviews of each member of the manufacturing team and provide recommendations to the Global Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
• Recommend and execute organizational changes to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Coordinate work and information between all functions involved in the projects (structure, specialists, program management, plant).
