BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to oversee management accounting, KPI design, and performance reporting. The role collaborates with the local Financial Controller team leader and Head of Performance Management in Switzerland to drive finance process improvements and data integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s in finance or related fields, has 3+ years in audit or financial reporting, and is fluent in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, management or economy.
• At least 3 years of experience in Audit, Management Control or Financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Tagetik and BI4.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve finance processes, reporting tools and data integrity.
• Perform and review P&L reconciliations for major revenue accounts by business lines.
• Coordinate with Accounting on revenues, assets, deposits, loans and cost of risk.
• Load WM results and KPIs into Perseus WM environment monthly.
• Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards for WM business.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and quarterly variance analysis.
