Decskill is seeking a Senior ETL Developer - Informatica PowerCenter to join our team in a hybrid capacity. You will design complex data flows, develop robust ETL processes with Informatica PowerCenter/IICS, and optimize SQL across major DBMS.

You will guide a high-performing team, review code, and mentor colleagues, while ensuring data quality and security. The role emphasizes leadership, data warehousing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration within an international context.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional experience as an ETL Developer.
• Advanced Informatica PowerCenter knowledge: Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Repository Manager.
• Strong SQL with major DBMS (Oracle/SQL Server/Teradata/PostgreSQL).
• Solid data warehousing understanding and SCD concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design architectures for complex data flows, mappings, mapplets and workflows.
• Develop, test and deploy ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures and shell scripts.
• Integrate heterogeneous data sources incl. relational DBs, flat files, APIs, XML/JSON and cloud.
• Analyze and optimize ETL and DB performance.
• Troubleshoot Level 3 production incidents and ensure data quality.
• Automate scheduling/workloads using Control-M, AutoSys or Dollar Universe.
• Maintai n high-quality technical documentation.
• Act as Tech Lead, review code and promote best practices.
• Mentor and support other development team members.

We would like to meet a Senior ETL Developer- Informatica PowerCenterfor a project with a hybrid working model:

Key responsibilities:

• Design technical architectures for complex data flows, mappings, mapplets and workflows.
• Develop, test and deploy robust ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and, ideally, IICS.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures and Shell scripts.
• Integrate heterogeneous data sources including relational databases, flat files, APIs, XML/JSON and Cloud platforms.
• Analyze and optimize ETL and database performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 3 production incidents.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security throughout ETL processes.
• Automate scheduling and workload processes using tools such as Control-M, AutoSys or Dollar Universe.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Act as a Tech Lead, contribute to code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Mentor and support other members of the development team.

What we’re looking for:

Must-have:

• 7+ years of professional experience as an ETL Developer.
• Advanced expertise in Informatica PowerCenter: Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor and Repository Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and significant experience with a major DBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, including Star/Snowflake schemas, Kimball/Inmon methodologies and SCD.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Informatica IICS, IDQ or MDM.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with workload automation tools such as Control-M or Jenkins.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
