Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related analytical field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on IT/ERP, management consulting, or project management experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own Your Stream: Lead end-to-end ERP projects and sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• Architect the Future: Analyze architectures and design automated, future-proof processes.
• Drive Business Value: Deliver feasibility, risk and ROI analyses to guide development.
• Consult & Advise: Prepare pitch decks and lead workshops for C-level decisions.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate requirements into actionable specifications for engineers.
• Expert Leadership: Establish SME status or grow impact as a generalist on the management track.
