Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in program management, expertise in Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills. A background in R&D and experience with Jira are advantageous.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle models.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs and release lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain structured program and release plans.
• Monitor execution and drive mitigation plans for risks.
