Bosch Portugal in Braga is seeking an embedded C++ developer to join their award-winning eBike team. The role involves firmware development, ensuring software quality, and system integration. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Embedded Systems or Electronics Engineering, proficiency in C/C++, and hands-on experience with microcontrollers. Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Embedded Systems or Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in embedded systems programming mainly with C++ and C.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and hardware/software integration.
• Strong knowledge of CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, and BLE protocols.
• Ability to understand and use Real Time Operating Systems.
• Experience with debugging tools like JTAG debugger and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to work in test environments, including lab setups and field testing.

Responsabilidades

• Write software requirements, design, implement, and test embedded software for eBike modules.
• Ensure the quality of software through comprehensive tests and code reviews.
• Experience the entire software development process from requirements analysis to series support.
• Ensure proper communication and integration between eBike subsystems.
• Develop and implement robust communication protocols (CAN, UART, BLE, SPI).
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams for optimal system performance.

Proficiency in embedded systems programming

Strong knowledge of communication protocols

Real Time Operating Systems

Experience with debugging tools

System Testing & Automation

Proficiency in Git version control
