BOSS Energy Consulting is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee on-site electrical installation activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, site electricians, and cross-disciplinary teams to meet project milestones.

The candidate should bring at least 5 years of supervisory experience on energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects, with LV/MV installation know-how and a solid grasp of electrical drawings and safety

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience on energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with LV/MV installations.
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
• Good working knowledge of health and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily electrical installation works.
• Manage subcontractors and site electricians.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and permit systems.
• Monitor progress against project schedules.
• Review drawings and resolve site issues.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams.
• Support testing, commissioning, and energisation activities.
• Maintain site records and daily reports.
