Siemens Energy is seeking a Site Supervisor for Substation projects to lead construction and commissioning of AIS/GIS high voltage substations, guiding site teams and coordinating with contractors to meet quality and timeline targets.

You will support the Project Manager in aligning activities with project scopes, safety standards, and stakeholder expectations while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and local communities across Portugal.

Qualificações

• Experience in construction and commissioning of AIS/GIS and high voltage substations.
• Experience working with multiple contractors and subcontractors to drive construction activities.
• Site construction management experience in technically complex projects with a strong quality focus.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and planning of site activities; excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction and commissioning of AIS/GIS and HV substations to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with contractors and operations team to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and local communities to ensure compliance and timelines.
• Lead site teams in alignment with Siemens Energy culture and project goals.
