SENIOR ECOMMERCE GROWTH STRATEGIST

We are seeking a Results-Driven & Experienced Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical role in driving client success. You will lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts that guide our clients toward their goals, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. You will communicate transparently about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts, strengthening client relationships and guiding them through media acquisition and strategy. You represent and advocate for CTC’s unique approach to media acquisition and its tools. You set a high standard: when you are involved, execution at the highest level is guaranteed. You pursue ambitious goals and embrace a mindset of accountability.

  • Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System; data analysis for the map; calendar alignment with clients.
  • Daily execution and actualization vs. forecast; deconstruct and adjust projections to meet KPIs.
  • Pivot early when needed; lead through obstacles; curiosity and problem-solving drive.
  • Implement CTC’s Meta best practices; build campaigns with our structure and processes; maintain ideologies and processes across accounts.
  • Monitor active campaigns; adjust budgets and strategy to maximize dailyProjected Targets; implement tests to beat best campaigns.

ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK

  • Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast.
  • Daily alignment with client vs forecast & strategy.
  • Maintain above-benchmark client satisfaction.
  • Follow Prophet system execution on time with quality.
  • Deliver all work on schedule with optimal quality and attention to detail.

Client Communication

  • Champion communication; ensure client alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps; ensure team clarity with exact deadlines.
  • Send daily performance updates to the client.
  • Align strategy and forecast with the client daily; provide weekly updates on Strategy Calls.

Contributing Back

  • Share learnings back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to future company content production.
