Job summary

KCS IT, a Lisbon-based IT consulting company, seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our hybrid team in Carcavelos. You will implement, configure and support Dynamics 365 solutions for diverse clients, balancing standard tooling with minimal custom development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or functionally managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience with modules: Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data or related modules.
• Ability to configure Dynamics 365 using standard tools with minimal custom development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, model-driven apps).
• Experience gathering requirements, designing business processes, and preparing functional documentation.
• Experience working with external vendors and supporting technology implementation projects.
• Ability to act as a functional Product Owner, managing backlog, priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience preparing and executing UAT.
• Knowledge of security models, roles, teams, and permissions within Dynamics 365.
• Ability to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems.
• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
