Recann, partnering with a specialist Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultancy in Portugal, seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant for the Customer Engagement team. You will design and deliver CE solutions, lead workshops, and mentor junior consultants while coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.

The role involves configuring CE across modules, guiding integrations, and providing Power Platform best-practice recommendations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Strong functional knowledge of at least two CE modules
• Solid understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel for national and international projects
• Experience in client-facing consulting environments

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Design and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service
• Work with technical teams on integrations and custom development
• Provide best-practice guidance on Power Platform
• Support UAT, training and go-live activities
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project governance
• Ensure high-quality delivery, documentation and client satisfaction
• Support pre-sales and solution shaping
