A leading tech company in Portugal seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to drive security practices and optimize infrastructure. This role expects over 8 years of experience in DevOps and strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and container orchestration. You will mentor junior engineers while implementing security best practices across the development lifecycle. Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SecOps or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation and secure deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DevSecOps initiatives across the development lifecycle.
• Implement and enforce security best practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Support engineering teams in adopting secure‑by‑default methodologies.
• Provide technical coaching and guidance to junior DevOps/DevSecOps members.
• Conduct code reviews, threat assessments and security audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on secure systems.
• Define standards, documentation and reusable templates.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
