Job summary

Winprovit is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Mid/Senior) to join the Dev Platforms team within Architecture, Infrastructure & Platform Engineering. You will work on modernizing internal development platforms, enhancing productivity, security, and efficiency across engineering teams.

Responsibilities include building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, migrating Jenkins/Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions, and administering GitHub Enterprise Cloud.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
• Solid experience in CI/CD automation within enterprise environments
• Advanced knowledge of GitHub Enterprise Cloud, including administration, EMU, rulesets, and auditing
• Experience with Git/GitHub, branching strategies, PRs, branch protection, CODEOWNERS, and permission management
• Strong experience with GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, composite actions, matrix strategies, caching, runners, secrets, environments
• Experience with Jenkins and Azure DevOps Pipelines, including large-scale migrations
• Knowledge of REST APIs and GitHub API
• Scripting/automation with Bash and Python/Node/Go
• Good knowledge of Linux (RHEL-based)
• Experience with Docker and/or Podman
• Knowledge of pipeline security and code quality tools (SonarQube, Corgea, Trivy, Dependabot, CodeQL, SBOM)
• Experience using AI tools, assistants, and agents in development workflows with security/governance
• Nice-to-have: Backstage/IDP, DORA metrics, Grafana/Power BI, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience with artifact management tools like Artifactory, Nexus, GitHub Packages
• Knowledge of observability/monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)
• Soft skills: ownership, autonomy, proactive automation mindset, strong communication, cross-team collaboration
• Platform-focused mindset treating dev teams as internal customers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and share knowledge across the team

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure and scalable development
• Contribute to the internal self-service GitHub repository management platform via GitHub Actions
• Migrate Jenkins and Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub Actions
• Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise Cloud including permissions and auditing
• Integrate security, code quality and automation tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Implement AI solutions in the software development lifecycle including AI assistants
• Support development teams in using internal tools and platforms
• Standardize engineering practices and drive continuous process improvement
• Collaborate on engineering performance metrics including DORA metrics
