Job summary
Crossjoin Solutions seeks a DevOps Lead and Release Automation Architect to guide a 4–5 person squad, modernizing software delivery pipelines for a telecom client. You will craft CI/CD strategies, drive automation, and foster AI-driven improvements across deployments.
Responsibilities include mentoring the team, defining backlogs and KPIs, and implementing robust release processes with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JFrog Artifactory. English proficiency is required.
Qualifications
- Experience leading DevOps/SRE/Platform Eng teams.
- Senior level Azure DevOps, pipelines scripting and deployment workflows.
- Strong knowledge of AKS, Helm charts, and JFrog Artifactory.
Responsibilities
- Direct, mentor, and manage a DevOps engineering team.
- Define backlogs, lead sprint planning, and KPIs for pipelines.
- Architect and automate CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Implement automated DB migration frameworks for Cosmos DB and Cassandra.
- Replace manual release and database scripted interventions with automation.
- Enable pipeline-to-Jira traceability and enforce deployment protection rules.
- Maintain audit trails for compliance.
- Increase deployment frequency and reduce change failure via automation.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows for release readiness and triage.
