Lever, Inc. (on behalf of a partner) seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer in Portugal for a remote banking project. You will design a reusable cloud golden path, build IaC components with Terraform, and promote scalable platform engineering across teams.

You’ll work on security, networking, and governance in an AWS environment, documenting implementations and improving developer experience with automation and CI/CD. Immediate or near-term availability preferred.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional DevOps or cloud engineering.
• At least 1 year hands-on AWS Cloud.
• Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD tooling.
• Solid Git and modern software workflows.
• Knowledge of platform engineering is a plus.
• Cloud security knowledge, especially AWS IAM.
• Understanding AWS networking (VPCs, routing).
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English (min B2); French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a self-service cloud golden path using Terraform.
• Develop reusable IaC components for onboarding, deployment, and connectivity.
• Integrate security, networking, governance, and compliance into the platform.
• Improve developer and platform experience consuming the golden path.
• Establish processes for building, testing, releasing, and promoting platform code.
• Create documentation for Terraform components' usage and maintenance.
• Validate the golden path with a pilot app and iterate.
• Collaborate with cross-project teams and consultants.
