IRIUM Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Senior DevOps / ELK Engineer to design, implement and evolve the Elastic Stack for observability across Mainframe, Open Systems and Container platforms.

You will lead incident response, RCA, and release readiness while coaching teams to adopt new observability practices, collaborate with product owners, and ensure secure access and governance.

Hybrid work in Lisbon with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years hands-on IT experience with observability and production support.
• Proven Agile delivery and incident/release management.
• OS & Infrastructure knowledge: Linux/Windows; Mainframe knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, maintain and extend the Elastic Stack for observability.
• Drive observability across Mainframe, Open Systems and Container platforms.
• Ensure performance, log retention, data lifecycle, and secure access.
• Collaborate with development, architects and operations to integrate observability and CI/CD.
• Establish governance for monitoring and coding standards.
• Coach and mentor teams to adopt observability solutions.
• Lead RCA, incident handling and release execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and report progress.
