Accenture in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Elasticsearch & Observability Engineer to design, build, and extend the Elastic Stack across mainframe, open systems, and container platforms. You will drive observability practices, work with development and operations teams, and mentor peers while aligning with CD/CI governance.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools, with strong English communication and a hybrid Lisbon-based work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on observability and production support experience.
• Proven track record in Agile delivery and incident/release management.
• Strong cross-team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and effort estimation.
• OS & Infrastructure knowledge: Linux and Windows fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, maintain, and extend the Elastic Stack for observability across Mainframe, Open Systems, and Container platforms.
• Drive observability practices and design solutions for diverse environments.
• Ensure platform performance, data lifecycle management, and secure access control.
• Collaborate with development, architects, and operations teams for CI/CD integration.
• Coach and mentor team members and govern observability adoption.
• Lead RCA, incident handling, and release execution.
