Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to shape our data platform across EMEA and APAC. You will work hands-on on a mature Databricks-based Lakehouse, driving AI-enabled data workflows and governance through an agentic architecture.

You will design semantic models, ingestion pipelines, and data products across multiple domains, including real estate context. Strong SQL, Python/PySpark, and production troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitatively rigorous field such as computer science, data science, econometrics, mathematics, or physics.
• Strong SQL skills including window functions, MERGE/UPSERT.
• Experience with Databricks and Azure ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead data transformation across EMEA and APAC.
• Build agentic workflows and AI-guided data engineering processes.
• Design data models and stable ingestion pipelines from diverse sources.
• Own production troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Report on data quality and shipping improvements.
