Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking aSenior Data Steward in Portugal to safeguard master data integrity across SAP S/4HANA and PLM360, collaborating with engineering and field service teams to establish governance policies and remediation workflows.

You will drive data alignment, monitor quality dashboards, and support automated data workflows, ensuring consistency in field service operations and downstream applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data stewardship, master data management, or business systems analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and PLM systems, with a preference for Autodesk PLM360.
• Proven expertise in data governance frameworks, master data quality profiling, and enterprise system integration.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
• Relevant certifications, such as CDMP or SAP Certified Application Associate (SAP S/4HANA), are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards for field service master data across enterprise platforms.
• Manage the alignment and synchronization of master data between PLM360, SAP S/4HANA, and downstream applications.
• Monitor data quality dashboards, identify anomalies, and lead remediation efforts to ensure high data integrity.
• Support digital transformation teams in implementing automated data workflows and evaluating system enhancements.
• Provide expert guidance to field service operations and engineering teams on data standards and best practices.
• Develop training materials and documentation to promote data literacy and self-service compliance across the organization.
