Qualificações

• Forte experiência em Data Science e Machine Learning.
• Conhecimento em Python e plataformas de nuvem (idealmente AWS).
• Experiência prática com modelos de aprendizado de máquina em produção.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar esforços de ciência de dados para otimização da frota de aluguel.
• Orientar uma equipe de 2-3 cientistas de dados.
• Desenvolver modelos de otimização e simulação para decisões de frota.

In this role, you will play a key part in understanding customer behaviour and fleet optimization, supporting strategic fleet steering and purchasing decisions. If you're excited about applying data science to solve real-world challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role at SIXT

• Lead the data science efforts behind planning and optimizing SIXT’s rental car fleet.
• Guide and mentor a team of 2-3 data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Develop explainable long-term demand forecasts that drive fleet planning and investment strategies.
• Build optimization and simulation models to enable data-driven fleet steering decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business, engineering, and product—to bring your solutions to production.
• Effectively communicate your insights to both technical and business stakeholders.

Your Skills Matter

• Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and/or Optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (ideally AWS).
• Experience in with machine learning models in production.
• Passion for learning, decision intelligence, and solving complex business problems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data science evangelism skills.
• Fluent in English, comfortable working in a multinational environment.
• Big Plus: Proven experience in Revenue Management and/or Operations Research.
