EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Data Governance to join its AI & Data team in Porto. You will help clients define governance strategies, operating models and data policies to improve data quality, ownership, accessibility and compliance across industries.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to implement governance, data catalog, and data management platforms, supporting analytics and Generative AI use cases while guiding junior colleagues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on participation in Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality projects.
• Experience engaging with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Data Governance strategies, frameworks and operating models.
• Define data ownership and stewardship models, roles and governance processes.
• Define data policies, standards, procedures and controls across the data lifecycle.
• Design and monitor Data Quality frameworks, KPIs and remediation processes.
• Conduct governance maturity assessments and define actionable roadmaps.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into governance solutions.
• Support implementation of Data Governance platforms like Purview/Collibra/Informatica.
• Support analytics, AI and Generative AI governance needs (data usage, access, traceability).
• Facilitate workshops with business, data and technology stakeholders.
• Prepare executive recommendations and project deliverables.
• Participate in large client engagements delivering high-quality work on time and budget.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
