Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior Architecture Lead for D365 F&O. You will own the technical architecture, guide migrations and upgrades, and govern integrations with external systems.

The role requires deep expertise in D365 F&O, Azure, and Power Platform, with hands-on coding in X++ where needed. You will lead technical delivery across procurement and sales cycles, define standards, and mentor teams while ensuring secure, scalable, and upgrade-safe solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of D365 F&O technical experience including architect/lead roles.
• Proven track record delivering large D365 F&O implementations and migrations.
• Hands-on experience in Procurement and Sales within D365 F&O.
• Strong Azure, DMF, and integration design capabilities.
• Experience designing environment strategy and deployment topology.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of D365 F&O, focusing on Procurement and Sales cycles.
• Define target architecture, extension strategy, and upgrade-safe customizations.
• Lead technical delivery of implementations, migrations, and rollouts.
• Design data migration strategies using DMF and ensure volume performance.
• Govern integrations between D365 F&O and third-party/legacy systems.
• Manage CI/CD, ALM pipelines, and Azure DevOps for repeatable releases.
• Plan One Version and platform upgrades with regression readiness.
• Drive security, observability, and monitoring across environments.
