We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager

Location: Lisbon or Porto

Level of Experience: Senior (9+ years)

Salary Package & Benefits: 1750€ to 3500€ (salary base) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Manage multiple cybersecurity projects simultaneously across different cybersecurity domains, teams and geographies.
• Lead project planning, execution and governance, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables are clearly tracked and managed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, IT, Risk, Compliance and Business stakeholders.
• Prepare and lead steering committees, status meetings and executive-level reporting, translating complex cybersecurity topics into clear and actionable information.
• Challenge project status, risks, assumptions and deliverables, ensuring that issues are identified early and addressed effectively.
• Monitor cybersecurity maturity, controls and remediation plans across different projects and entities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to provide a clear view of project performance, risks, progress and key management actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, reporting and governance through standardization, automation and data-driven approaches.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, escalations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical skills:

• Cybersecurity Project / Program Management
• Strong understanding of multiple cybersecurity domains, such as Cyber Governance, IAM, Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Risk & Compliance or Cyber Resilience
• Cybersecurity frameworks, controls and risk management
• Project governance, RAID management, planning and executive reporting
• Power BI - dashboards, KPIs and management reporting
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools
• Automation / AI / LLM use cases in project or cybersecurity environments (plus)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different teams, business areas or geographies
